SERVER CAN'T BE CONTACTED -- can't download

Do we all get free coupons again for this hassle?  All downloads are failing to establish a connection or only download 250kb before it breaks off, but the store is runnung OK.

    more like 15KB, then it goes to "download failed"

    Did you clear cache after the first failed download?  A failed download can stick in your browser cache and cause all subequent attempts to fail at the same or simlar place.   So clear cache and Daz cookies before you try again.
