Why can't I download Daz Studio?

Every time I go to the "Download Daz Studio" tab, it takes me to a signin page (despite the fact that I'm already signed in) and then after I sign in, it just takes me to my dashboard. It doesn't give me a link to download the current version of DS and I don't have the current version in my product library, so how do I download it? I've been fussing around on the site and with Google searches for over an hour, and I haven't been able to find any way to download the actual program.

When I go to the download page, I click the log in link on the form in the page. After logging in, it takes me to a page that says "Thank you for downloading DAZ Studio" and Chrome begins the download of the DAZ Instal Manager. What browser are you using? Have you tried it in a different browser? Once you are able to download DIM, that is my preferred way to download and instal Studio and other content because it keeps track of what needs updated. However, if you don't want to use DIM, go to your My Account page, click on Product Library and select Daz Studio Pro 9.X. There should be a link there to download DS directly.
I tried coming in through another browser, and this time it sent me a confirmation email, but when I clicked on the link in the email it again just brought me to a page where I can download the install manager, which I already did before and it doesn't have Daz Studio in it. I checked again after getting to the email but my Product Library hasn't changed since I posted my first message, Daz Studio 9 isn't in it, I only have older versions of DS that all have the "inactivate" tag at the end. Is this something I need to open a trouble ticket for, or is there somewhere I can go to put the current version in my cart and go through checkout to force it into my product library?
Daz studio 9 doesn't exist, that's a typo. It's 4.x, not 9.x
Right, sorry, I thought they meant 4.9, but now I see it's on 12 now, I guess I skipped a few. I uninstalled and reinstalled the install manager a few times and that seems to have fixed whatever was preventing it from installing Studio.
They just brought out a video today on this exact thing!
Oops, I did mean 4.x. Anyway, I'm glad that it finally worked itself out for you.
