Hunchback hair suggestions

Curious what others might have done to give the Hunchback character a little something on his dome.  I'm looking for patches or tufts I think.  The Mohawk sort of works, perhaps in combo with Georgie Hair .

Maybe it's not even hair in the traditional sense.
