Problem with Vintage Rose for Genesis 3

I bought this https://www.daz3d.com/vintage-rose-for-genesis-3-females a long time ago and am just now testing it. There are poses included for both G3 and the dress. But all the poses for G3 just put her in a T position and the poses for the dresss appear to do nothing. Anyone else have this problem? I'm shocked because this is such an old product!

I find that the poses for G3F only move the legs (and, yes, put the upper half in a T-pose), and the matching pose for the dress moves it to follow the leg pose. The ReadMe mentions "Poses:By Region:Partial Body:Legs", so I guess that's how it is. However, to me, it should not reset the rest, how are you supposed to pose the upper half? Most pose sets are full-body. You'd need other utilities to mix them. I re-saved one G3 pose with everything above the hip excluded, and that works probably more as intended.

I also notice that the dress needs to be reset if you want to change pose, otherwise it gets into a tangled mess, but those are morphs, and can easily be dialed out.

Ok thanks. I hadn't realized that the bottom half had posed because it was under the dress and I was zoomed in and was just surprised that the character that had previously been posed went into a T pose and also lost all expressions! I do have a utility that can freeze part of the body but ended up just posing the top part by hand. From now on, I'm not even going to bother with those poses because they remove expressions!
