turn off aspect ratio

Is there a way to turn off the aspect ratio? There are times I like to render the full screen, and not just certain parts of it.

    If you mean the whole viewport, render settings > dimension preset dropdown > active veiwport. If you want to render a specific size like 1980 x 1020 or whatever turn off constrain proportions, then type in whatever dimensions you want.
