Gift Card on Us ?

Hi DAZ sales team,

you (DAZ) announces a 10$ Gift card "on us" (DAZ) with a special code. So far - OK and thank you.
But how to get it work?

I tried to get a gift card, filled it with some amount and went to "Check out". But what way ever I try to enter the coupon code, it does not work.
Other way round: I try to normal purchase a product and enter that code as giftcard coupon - same result: Coupon is not valid.

So I'm really lost.

    Same here.  The link takes you to the Gift Card page, so I *assume* that's the intention, but the code doesn't work.

    Daz Sales team can be reached using a help request to  the sales dept   https://helpdaz.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

    The forum is not able to do anything about problems like this.  it is provided for customers use and moderated by volunteers chosen form among them

    Nice hint.
    But the offer is limited outside the time of duty of help desk!

    I wonder what the trigger is then because I didn't get the offer. With the weekend sales that are on now, $10 can go a long way on my wishlist and now that I know about it, I'm kinda annoyed that with all I've spent this month I don't qualify.

    I spent quit a lot and didn't get one either. Maybe it is meant to lure in those people who haven't spent anything much.

    So you haven't used it yet, and had nly the ne GC in the cart? You did actually receive the message with the code for a GC, to the account you are using?

    I've just tried it again now - bought a $10 gift card, gave the Coupon Code (as given in the Email) and it worked fine.

    Must have been one of those exclusive promos for "some" users, as I've been inside all day due to self quarantining and certainly haven't seen any sort of gift card promotion outside of the 15% off one. sad

    OK - Thank you.
    Now it worked.

    But the gift card never appeared in my account under "GiftCards". Luckily I got the code out of the mail confirm.

    Oh, how unfair!! I didn't get this either :( Why would it be offered to some users and not others? Was this received as an email with a coupon inside? Would be interested in knowing the title of the email so that I can check it's not lost in my inbox (although no doubt I just haven't received one...)

    From the screenshots I have seen I'd say it was a purple banner, and given to people who had not shopped there for some time.

    This happens from time to time - certain criteria of customers are given different offers.

    It balances out bigger spenders often get offers as well which other customers don't.

    Well the big spenders do get some good offers too which other's don't.

    Haha, I know. I was just being silly :) It's definitely a really lovely thing for Daz to do, since a lot of people are feeling the financial pinch right now so this helps people take part in MM who otherwise might not have been able to. The Daz gods are always good to us :)

    So where to I find the code to redeem my gift card now that I have it?  I've checked my email and my messages on DAZ's website, but nothing.

    I've got the same issue. Contacted the Sales Dept but will be Moday before they are able to help. Sadly don't know if any of the sales will still apply to help as well.

    Careful if you get two emails for the same gift card.  One of them should work and is usually the second one.  The first one ususally does not work.
