  I would say either of these two:

  https://www.daz3d.com/stylish-shaved-hair-for-genesis-3-and-8-male-s ; (This one has a default of no cut shaping on the sides but is not as short as your photo depicts)

  Can't help with the hair, but… some PA definitely has to get a 3D model out of the guy in your picture!
