Hi -

Why it when I appply the female genitalia it does not always look like the skin on the character? Sometimes it is white'ish or silver'ish and I cannot always get it to look like the skin without switching to something like Vistoria's skin or something.

Thanks

Not all characters include textures for the genitalia. In articular, "young" characters won't have them.

Whitish or silverish is the default colour when it's loaded, you will always get that. You have to apply a texture for the character, if that character has the appropriate texture. Read the "What's Included" section of the character's store page, that should tell you whether or not it has one.

Note that some characters have a separate texture preset, some have a "texture the figure, eyelashes and anatomical bits all in one go" preset.

For characters without included anatomical elements, sometimes you can modify anatomical textures from other models in photoshop to more closely match the textures from the character in question, but this takes practice and doesn't always look right if you didn't clone the textures over properly, didn't quite adjust the hue right, etc.

There are some 3rd party anatomical elements available at another site that include 'copy torso textures' scripts which seem to work pretty well, but you'd need to buy those anatomical elements from there, as they aren't sold here or at Renderosity.  I'm referring specifically to NGV7, NGV8 and Golden Palace, and there are male anatomical elements as well at that other site, as well as elements for previous gen characters.

There is also the "Torso UVs for G3F Anatomical Elements" by CaymanStudios at Renderosity. This is a freebie that can also be used on G8F but you have to make a copy of the folder and rename the "Genesis 3" folder to "Genesis 8". After that, you can just copy/paste the Torso materials to the genitalia and it will look seamless.

    That's good to know!
