Possible glitch with PC+ auto subscription?

Hey there,
I have cancelled my PC+ auto subscription via my account page last week and bought another year of a PC+ membership through that -40% campaign. I got a cancellation confirmation per mail and in the account overview (see attachment) it was clearly stated as cancelled in the transaction list. Today I was informed by a Daz3d Helpdesk response, that my auto subscription is active again (without any action triggered by me). Did anybody have such an issue before? And is that Daz3D Zen Helpdesk service outsourced to an external service company?
Cheers,
Peter

Did you pay with paypal? If so you have to cancel the subscription in your paypal account too, Daz has no control over that part.
Remember to cancel it in your PayPal account as well, if you are using PayPal. PayPal doesn't know that you want to cancel it unless you tell them. It's not Daz asking for the money, rather PayPal sending the money, as you initially instructed them to do so, and they have no idea what other arrangements you made with Daz since initially setting up the recurring payment.
You have to go to your paypal account page and cancel the autopayment there.
Paypal initiates the transaction on your behalf. So no need for the other party to send or request anything.
This happens in lots of stores around the internet that I hang out at.
Yep, I've cancelled the sub via Paypal as well last week. This is pretty strange, Daz3d is the only store I know which is not able to cancel a recurring Paypal subscription I. have various subscriptions running (e. g. Raymond Larum Pages, NSFW) and these stores are able to cancel Paypal subscriptions via their homepages.
You mention also that you purchased another year's worth ... check in your account on the PC page to be sure Reccurring is not checked.
You always have to cancel Paypal side for recurring subs, Daz is not the only one.
