Missing Items

I buy items and when I go to open them in DAZ using DIM, I get what you see in the following image. I have this with a number of items, not just this one.

    The U at top-right ndicates this is user data - had you categorised that product yourself at one time?

    No I have not - Many of those do not show installed or listed to be downloded to be installed in DIM.

    I also get the attached image on other items. Wish this was a lot easier.

    Here is another one similar to above. I right clicked the item and chose Update Metadata and the icon changes. But still not in DIM anywhere showing me my purchase so cannot even install it.

    Now it will not let log in from DAZ - Updated my password in case that was it. Log in with new password and nope.

    I am now able to log in via DAZ. Not sure what happened.
