EGADS they overdid the face if it was intended to be Kristin Kruek. The nose should be longer and the jaw softened a bit in my humble opinion.

Some of it is the lighting, I have couple of their textures and they do look better with the right lights.

I think the textures look REALLY good, actually. I think it is just the nose looks off to me and the jaw line is a little TOO solid for Kristen Kruek. I think it is a fine product and I would buy it if it were Genesis or G2F but I think the face looks like they made a morph for Kristen Kruek and then turned it too high.

Keep in mind this is all nothing but opinion and I am certainly not espousing that I could do any better. A wonderful job was done with the figure.

Well, you could use it as a jumping off point. If the texture is sound the morph can be adjusted. Dimension 3D will release Gen X 2 at some point so you could transfer that morph to G2F with it.

Very much agreed, Rogerbee. It would be a great jumping off point and the skin color is as close as I have seen, I think.

I know who the famous pirate is suppose to be in this one, but what about the other two?

Both this one and the one for SP3 are not exact, but they definitely have that Kristen Kreuk vibe. Nubet is also Kristen Kreuk. :)

I just only wanted to mention that the KK morph I made for my JMC IV is actually 9 (in words: nine!) years old. I finished the pack in April 2005.
This is a re-render of a promo scene, I added some SSS to the skin and smoothed the shoulders of SP3 a bit with the Morphing Tool in PP2014, added some new lighting and a color filter in Photoshop to lessen the orange tones a bit.

Wow! She's really good! Probably the texture does a lot in this case, but still - it's the final effect that counts, and it's very nice.

I've just spend the best part of Sunday to morph and texture one guy out of M4 ;) I guess I need a breather now, because I can see the resemblance, but i wonder if it's not an effect of watching too many clips on YT and photos.

So, here you go, I wonder if you can recognize who I'm striving at. (Plus the longer I look at him, the more I see... Michael 2. ;))

Considering the age of the morph she still looks good. I thought it was good that you at least tried to get some mileage out of otherwise underused figures. D5 and S5 didn't fare terribly well, their pro bundles were nearly the entire store content for them!

LOL! He's on a TV show tonight, I saw a pic and it was still fresh in my mind. I'm trying to think if there's some hair available that would suit Loki.

    Thanks
No I do the basic shape with morphs ++ then use an old program Argile to refine the shape. I then take it back into Poser for more tweaking, then out to Argile over and over again.

Go away a month come back and realise it wasn't as close as I thought and start again.

Anyway - couldn't resist trying her out in black widow guise :

    I see,

I've done celeb morphs with morphs++, some were successful, some weren't. I did a really nice Lena Heady and over 10 different Summer Glau morphs, none of which I could say I'm terribly proud of. I might have another crack when Gen X 2 comes out though. I'm no SAV but I get by sometimes.

Ariah and Oro Snake were may main inspirations, in fact, most of my Summer morphs started as hybrids of theirs, used with their permission.

Very nice job. Definitely Kristen. ;)

No need for the subtle jab at whoever it is your thinking of, though. We all have our different opinions and outlooks when discussing face shapes. :)

Yes I found the Catherine morph was awesome (based on faceshop ?) I am working on my own at the moment, inspired by the HOBBIT I will bring together Evangeline and Liv as an Elven duo :)

Ah, that would be Ariah's morph, from what I can recall, the actors for the eyes weren't locked, so when you moved the head, they would move independently. I'm sure someone on Rendo did a nice Evangeline morph.

    Your welcome.

To be clear, I wasn't criticizing I was disagreeing.

I don't know what I'm talking about huh?

    Now to make my point.

    Lena Heady: http://www.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/sav-electra/90575

    Evangiline Lilly from Lost: http://www.sharecg.com/v/25277/gallery/11/Poser/Catherine-morph-(POSER)

    Lucy Liu: http://www.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/index.php?ViewProduct=97578&AID=666

All of those morphs look like those actors.

Yes, I agree. "Enough" of this already.

    Have a nice day.

Ariah's Catherine did look good, but, the promo render used a texture generated by Faceshop, which, if you read the description, you don't actually get with the morph.

Below is a render I did for which I think used the Bonnie texture by Godin.
