Blushes Showing up Brown/Black on Other Characters?

I regularly use the awesome blush makeups from Mousso on other non-Mousso character skins and they look just as good, however, every so often I'll come across a character's skin with which they don't seem to work as expected. Instead of a reddish blush colors, they show up blackish/brown.

I assume it's a shader problem of some kind. Is there a way to fix it? IE disable whatever is causing the problem or switch the skin to a different shader that would be compatible?

It would be to do with the Layered Image Editor, the blush is 'merged' into the base texture image and is thus impacted by all the various settings, any of which could, and wuill, affect the final colour shown.

And while on the subject, other skins will kinda "soak up" the blush color... it's visible, but much, much, much less so

Any idea what settings I could experiment with to fix?

The problem woudl be if you do tweak settings then the face of the figure will look wrong compared to the rest of the body, or if you do it globally for the figure you will change how the overall look of the texture is, away from how the PA intended.  You could take the base tetxure of the blush into a graphics package and adjust the colour levsl and save as another file name and use that to see how you go.
