Can't Find Oso Bob Hair

Hi. I just bought Oso Bob hair, and after install I cannot find it in my directories. I checked Smart Content/Hair, Products/Oso, Products/dforce and oher spots. Would someone please show me the path where I can load it on my G8F?

I found it eventually under G8F/Hair, but it seems to be missing from other key places.
None of the smart content is working for this product either.
