Lynna Hair and bangs

There's the really nice new hair asset from Windfield, the Lynna Hair for G8. One of the styles shown is the Bangs Style. I was kind of expecting forehead bangs. So the strands around the cheeks are also bangs?
Adding because I'm weak-willed: I was hoping for more bangs for my buck.

It's in my cart - very versatile look and Windfield's stuff is awesome (love Haydina Hair). I don't think the forehead bangs would suit the style but that might just be me.
I really don't understand the thought process behind styles 2 and 4, especially since nearly all the promos show the left side of the hair swooping off to the side in a way that looks very unnatural.
It's a great looking hair.
I'm with you on the surprised what's considered 'bangs' team :) but I'm actually not sure what that's called tbh- fringe? sides? I wish there was an option for both the right and left to have 'bangs' at the same time. For you more advanced users- is there a way to do that? Mirror the hair or....?
So, it's awfully nice hair, but you really don't get a lot of bangs. The character on the left has Style #1 with Bangs #1 (there's no #2) dialed to 100%. The character on the left has Style #1 with Bangs #1 dialed to -100%. Both with default shine and backlight shader on high. The only thing that changes is that group of hair that moves in. Nothing else moves. This is not a knock on the quality of the item, but they're really not big bangs, and I'm not sure why that single morph is hightlighted like that.
Thank you for posting this. It's nice to see what it looks like outside of promo pics. :)
Could I please ask someone to post a shot or two of the hair with the character's head at full bend fwd & back and another at full twist (left or right, assume both work!). I'm tempted but concerned at lack of poses in the promos.
Thank you.
In this case, it's a matter of what you see is what you get. It's not one of the most acrobatic hair sets. There are the usual adjustment dials, but I couldn't get it to do better than this, and I think this is a stretch. Bending backward is a no go. I've not tried dForcing it because I've not spent time trying to figure that out.
But you can do some things, and they can look good.
Hopefully these will help some. I almost passed on this hair, but am glad I picked it up.
FWIW: The second image's head pose is bend 100% and twist 100%.

Note: I used Chevybabe's Backlight Hair Shader for the color and that (cool) white stripe in the first image's hair is actually just a reflection from a light, but I WISH it was intentional! HA HA)
Thank you both, that's very kind! I've picked it up - if I can find the time I'll create some morphs for it but for now it'll sit in the 'to do' pile.
Looks really good @gogger
I swear, you lot are out to get me :P
Went to go look at the hair, checked the artist, wound up getting Matilda hair, which was very nearly the only part of the Raven kit that was of interest.
For me, the selling point of this hair is that---unlike almost every other center-parted long hair in the store or elsewhere---it keeps the hair OFF THE FOREHEAD, the way my favourite girlfriends always did. I have several center-parted hairs that I really like, but they angle across the forehead rather than arc around it.
I just wish the part look more scalp like, but I suppose I can decrease the cutoff opacity on the scalp.
This hair has movement dials but not much in the area of morphs. I tried it with a figure who was wearing more substantial clothing. The hair was clipping terribly and nothing I could do without using the blow dials, but those were inapropriate for the scene. I'm disappointed with the product.
