Something up with the shopping cart? (Not anymore)

I've been trying to get a couple of final bits for soem character promos I'm working on (and new characters testing), but the clickings go unheeded, and now errors when trying to access the cart. Anyone else seeing this?

    Yup. Trying to complete a purchase with store credit. Just spins, fails, gives a page of error tracing with the general error "2006 MySQL Server has gone away". Has repeated several times over in different browsers.

    Oh, good. So it's not just me, then. How do we go about reporting this? I wanna get Dog 8 to go play with the gang for a render.
