Help Identify: Legend Dark Knight Character

Heya, I'm trying to identify this character/person,

I made an account on the site to message the person who created this, but new accounts require a min of 30 days to message anyone. I've looked through their account, but unless I blatantly missed it, I havn't found this character.

    Have you checked through the vendor's catalogue to see if you can find her again? I'm pretty sure that vendor does characters as well as outfits. At worst you might find some other products with the same promo girl that has more information. 

    She's clearly based on V7, but whatever eles is mixed in, or the texture, isn't ringing any bells for me.
