SWAM tends to use her own custom figures for promos based on older info, so this might be one of them.
By which I assume you mean private and not commercially available?
Ahhhhh I had this same exact question! A friend and I searched high and low here and elsewhere, and could not find a match, so it may well be her own custom character.

I have looked through P3Design's characters and can't find any that match though... Maybe some of you have more luck?
