I've had trouble all day, with the forums, with the shopping cart, with Daz working with PayPal, now I've made two purchases, and they don't show up in Install Manager. When I go to my order page, they show up, I click on "download and install," and I get an "installation failed" error.
Are others experiencing issues still?

Yes, having the same problem, ordered heap of things and they're not showing up...they will sooner or later :(
I also bought something that doesn't show up in my Install Manager. It's in my Product Library as purchased.

I'm having the same problem. Items I purchased today show up in my Product Library, but are not available to download either through Connect or DIM.
My purchase from yesterday finally showed up in DIM, but when I try to install it, it fails. I remember this happening a few months back and it finally resolved. I guess I'll wait a while and try again.
Yeah I haven't been able to view my cart in a while - every time I click on it, I get connection timed out.
I had this all day, and all of yesterday as well. Ati (from the Daz Deals browser add-on) suggested buying a gift card, so that's what I did: emptied my cart (after right-click -> open in new tab for each product), then bought a gift card, and nothing else in that order. That went right, and then I re-added all the stuff to my cart again (those tabs with all the products came in handy here) and paid with the store credit from the gift card. Would've hated if some of these deals had fallen through because of some stupid paypal issue.
Just bought Annabelle Hair, visible in Product Library, not showing up in DIM.
Wish they would sort this out.

The DAZ people won't be back in office until Monday, so it might take until then to solve the issue properly.
Monday is a U.S. holiday (Presidents Day).
...hmm, I just downloaded and installed a bunch of stuff I bought over the weekend through the DIM without a hitch.
I'm trying to purchase something that is on sale for $6, but when I add it to my shoping cart, it goes up to $25. I clear the cart, check the product to see that its available for $6 still, then readd it. Back to $25
seems cloudflare and 404 errors are not enough...
That seems to be the overall theme around here!
So what were you trying to do when you got that message,
I have got that when opening 50% of forum attachments in the last 2 days.
Descriptive, as if initiated by Captain Obvious, but not wildly helpful. May be a Chrome report.
Interesting while searching I came across loads of instances of this error, all over the place, happening in all sorts of situations, including trying to use an Outlook account
One site answered a query about it by saying
This error message can appear when there's a momentary interruption in the connection between your account and our servers. We have certainly had some Momentary interruptions during the last 2 days (she says with tongue firmly in cheek)

yeah it's a weird error, seems even MS don't really know what exactly causes it.
At least you got a variety of errors to choose from, instead of the same old same old
In my case, that WAS the forum - the only response I got from trying to load the forum from the main site.
