    Yesterday I bought a couple of items but they wouldn't appear in DIM, but today I was able to download them one at a time with DIM. So after that I purchased 8 sale items but now when I get one into DIM the download fails. It seems different people are getting variations of the site problems. Some paying by PayPal aren't getting redirected back to Daz, but it's worked for me, though the 2nd time it took awhile for the redirect.

    I am bitten with the "items you just purchased not showing up in DIM for download" bug. I am guessing this is an intermittent weirdness and will clear up soon? I could manual download and install, but I'd rather not.

    The problem with the PC pricing is fixed, not the DIM problem.

    For DIM a workaround is to download the zip from the Product Library (Download, rather than Download and Install) then place the zips in the folder DIM uses for its Package Archive (the Downloads folder in the Install Manager folder), DIM will show them after a refresh or restart in the Ready to Install tab. Connect, the Install pane in DS, is also working I believe.

    Oh, thanks. I did download them but had second thoughts about manually installing them since I've never done that. Am concerned if they will show up in Content Library when done this way? I.E. Putting them in the Downloads folder.

    Because, every product zip file I see in the Download folder has an associated dsx file and I only have the zip files. I thought the dsx file is need for DIM to install?

    It would be installed by DIM as usual, so yes, it would show up like any file installed with DIM.

    Products that I bought yesterday are now showing in DIM, so it seems likely the issue has been fixed.

    FYI, @BlankMann, DIM extracts those from the ZIP files, presumably when you Sync the data, either by starting the program or clicking on the round, double-arrow Sync icon in the upper right.

    Thanks, that finally worked! And I hadn't noticed that giftcards were 20% off as well, so that saved some additional money.
    Still not sure what went wrong, whether some product triggered a filter, or if perhaps the order list was too long (with all the lag and stuff at the moment), since PayPal requires a complete order list for their insurance/buyer protection stuff. If even one entry on the order list misses, and the totals don't add up, they put the order on review and cancel it

    What a day for bargains! I am SO glad I held off on Leroy 8. I was able to add 3 pages to my Product Library for around $60 (used heavily discounted store credit). For that fairly agreeable price I was able to nab 4 Pro Bundles, 14 Mousso ladies, and so many other items that it would be a chore to count them all! As an added bonus, I didn't even have to suffer through any DIM issues (other than it being slow). Now, on to cataloging all my new inventory...and perhaps using it some day.

    All these people feeling punished for buying Leroy early... I bought him early too - and it was a very good deal. period.   I then bought him yesterday as well, and it was a very good deal again.  I could have used a gift card to save another $10, but totally forgot about that. Whatever. It was still a very good deal.

    The Leroy deal really made this weekend's sale great. And since I like to manually sort the categories in my library, the only crummy part is the work I need to do before I have fun lol.

    Products I purchased yesterday downloaded fine with DIM. Products I purchased today did not. However, I refreshed DIM a bit ago, and the products I bought today are now showing in the Ready to Download tab. I'm having no trouble downloading those now.

    Looks like whatever the problem was, it's been fixed. (Doesn't seem likely it would work for me and not work for others…)

    Most recent purchases not showing up for me in DIM either. I know the workaround and I'm not concerned about their abscence. Just reporting the continued issue.

    As DIM is working for me, it may be the fix is in, but getting all the accounts updated may take some time. I have no idea what the fix was, or how long it takes to update each account. Fingers crossed it doesn't take long.

    DIM hasn't worked for me all day. I have 89 things waiting to download, and while, yeah I can do it manually, it still isn't working.

    It's working for me right now but only an order from this afternoon is showing up. So there appears to be several hours delay. The one from over an hour ago still is not there. (And yes, refreshed, also left and came back in.)

    Even that is not consistent. I made a large order about an hour ago and it showed up right away in DIM. But then I made another small order and it hasn't showed up.in DIM

    That is tough to beat! I bought 45 items for $35.64 (99 sale). I thought I need textures for my outfits. I could have bought Leroy 8 and mix match cause it was super glitchy yesterday. I guess, I will never "ever" learn how to shop at Daz! lol
