PC-ME Coupon Not Working

Pretty sure I'm doing everything right: slapped stuff in my cart, I'm a PC member, and I entered in the code both in all-caps and lowercase, but it keeps saying the code doesn't work.

    The coupon code is for purchasing the membership. The 20% off your order is applied automatically in the cart.

    I saw that part, but the lower section made me think it could be used by already-PC-members on other things as well...but maybe that only applies if you're [re-]subcribing and buying other items.  Thanks for the help!

    Existing members do get 20% off their cart, automatically.

    Yes, it works on multiple orders.

    Everything I downlouded today does NOT work ...

    When i Go to the install manager

    It does not find the products

    Everything I downloaded before today (and that is a lot) works

    but all products of today can not be found by IM.
