SOLVED!Filter in Smart Content:Files doesn't seem to be working

Hi all,

I hope someone can help me with this.

Sometimes I am looking for a pose or something and to be able to see all, rather than jumping into each product individually I go to Smart Content:Files.

So far so good.

The problem comes if I want to filter those poses by a string. That does not seem to work as intended at all.

As you can see from the screenshots, even a simple letter will filter out all the products.

What is happening? Any ideas?

    Try using complete "words." For this purpose, a "word" is any complete string of characters: 05, aim, front, shoot, down, etc.

    Wow, thanks! That worked.

    Once the results started showing nothing I stopped typing :)). Especially since products filter works with every letter added.

    I suspect the reasoning is, once you have a couple thousand products installed, a single letter or partial word has the potential to return so many possible matches the results would be useless. And each search has to cycle through all the possibilities while you wait.
