Shop - product filters

Is there any way I can filter down the products put into a 'sale' by category, not just 'figure' etc? There's literally thousands of products. It's torture using a tablet or phone!

I second that. I'd also like to get filters for props, environments, light sets, textures resources, tutorials, utilities, etc.

YES!!! I buy a lot less than I otherwise might because Daz doesn't do this. Using the clunky categories on the front page is bad enough on a normal day, and obviously those don't help at all for big sales where a massive but select group of products is eligible. If I want to see what plants are part of a sale, for instance, I have no interest in wading through 3,000+ characters and clothing items in the hopes that I'll spot them.

I submitted a ticket to Daz about this like in early December. No answer yet.

My suggestion is for as many people as possible to submit such requests. Maybe if enough people do it, they will take it into consideration.

I would suggest holding off on feature requests until after we have migrated to the upgraded store (sometime late this year). The one we have is already running in to capacity problems with all of the new users that are coming in, so adding additional functionality isn't terribly likely at the current time.

Is this going to be one of the commercial engines? Despite the frequent problems with sales, I still think Magento is still the best store engine out there. Unless you write a custom-made one.
