how to install daz3d if it is continually showing up cannot run on elevated permissions. please help as to how to install it.

i am using windows 8 64-bit.

    Do you have UAC (User Access Control) turned off in Windows?

    I have the same problem. I turned off UAC per your reply and tried again but nothing changed please advise further?

    UAC off can cause the issue, which is why I asked if it was off - it wasn't a suggestion.

    What security software are you using? Was it working before, or has it always failed on this system?
