OT: Software to "draw on screen"?

In many tutorial vidoes you can see the tutors writing and drawing on the screen to explain things, draw help lines or point out important spots. I am sure you have seen this many times already.

Now I thought that this could be useful when working in DAZ Studio. Like said, to draw help lines, write numbers, draw arrows for important directions and so on. Well, I am not sure if it is really useful, but I want to try it.

Does anyone know a program/software that lets you do this? It should be:
- easy to use
- work smooth and stable on Windows 7 64bit
- work with a tablet (Wacom Intuos 5 in my case)

Any opinions and suggestions would be very helpful. Thanks!

    Yes, that was my first thought too :-)

    But I am curious if there is a possibility to do this "live" on the desktop, while you are working. And thats why I am asking. Maybe it is possible, maybe not. I really do not know.

    Np. :) Just found it myself actually when I saw your question. Let me know how it works out. If you're able to snap a screenshot right from the app I'd insta-download it. Would be much easier to just draw on my screen with my tablet, screenshot it, and upload it than having to go through Photoshop every time to ctrl-v my screen.

    Yes, of course I will do that. But I am not at home in the moment, so it will take some time until I can try it.

    PicPick looks really nice, but as noted on the downloads page http://www.picpick.org/en/download_free

    Also look for 'screencasting' programs...some of them include some/all of those features, too.

    There is also ZoomIt available from Microsoft

    It allows you to draw on the screen and save it to an image file.
