There are some very cool items that I'd love to have. The sale is still on but my cart is not refreshing the prices. What can I do?

Complain about in this thread and hope someone is paying attention. It may just be the result of the store turnover, but the sales have been broken so often lately that it could be anything.
I spend so much time looking all the items and picking the ones that I need and then this -.-
Sales change at Daz midnight which has now passed. There are new sales pages available now: https://www.daz3d.com/old-skool and https://www.daz3d.com/a-twisted-future
EXCEPT: It was advertised as a 4 Hour Flash sale and was only in effect for less than 2 hours! !
Flash sales cross over the day shift without a glitch all the time.
I'm really glad they work for someone, because they've never worked for me close to Daz midnight, but then I gave up trying a couple of years ago, and only shop up to 2300 hours Daz time, then wait a little over an hour (or four, depending on Cloudflare) to check out the new listings.
am I right in recalling you are an Aussie like me?
we always are being cloudflared downunder, I screenshot everything I buy now
OH, they're glitchy as hell for me during that corssover time as well. What I was saying was that Flash sales frequently begin on one day and carry over, so the complete pulling of the ad and sale halfway through the advertised time frome is most likely due to a manual error and not something that can be blamed on the machines.
The thing is that there still was the big banner on the homepage when I had the products in my cart. That shouldn't be the case.
You're right. It shouldn't be. But it often is. There are over 200,000 websites out there running the same basic software that DAZ uses, but this is the only one that has this kind of problem so constantly.
Yep, mostly Aussie (got here 63 years ago as a '£10 Pom').
I've just about decided to give up on this store once I use up my store credit. I don't remember when Daz changed the store software, but in the last four years or so I've not found a single day when the store hasn't been glitched, and I mean that literally. On the other hand, Rendo changed store software a couple of years ago (I think) and I've had zero problems with making purchases there. And that's a huge difference in this customer's satisfaction.
After you screen shot your cart, go ahead check out at the incorrect price, immediately put in a support ticket with your screenshots. They'll reimburse the difference. If you really need your money, make sure to specify that they refund it to the original tender. Otherwise they'll reimburse to DAZ gift card (or credit or something).
