DAZ Dog 8 Tongue

In DAZ Dog 8, the tongue has two slider morphs, to side and out. Doesn't appear to be a way to 'grab' the tongue to lift off the default positions where the bottom teeth pierce the tongue. I do have the Mesh Grabber, but I haven't gotten used to working with it. Is there a way to raise the tongue otherwise? This happens in the other DAZ Dog 8 breeds, too.

    The tongue is rigged and has several bones. Click on the head and then in the Scene pane move down the hierarchy to the Jaw, and then you will see the Tongue Base, and other Tongue bones under this. These you can bend, twist, resize etc like any other bone to achieve what you want.

    Posing sliders are convenient when they work, but they can't cover all use cases. The dog's tongue has six bones, so it's capable of much more granular posing than the pose sliders. Try playing around with manually posing the tongue. Personally, I wouldn't use something like Mesh Grabber for a case like this without exploring other options first.

    @Havos and @Gordig

    thank you for the super advice!  I have located the tongue in the Scene hierarchy, and successfully lifted the portion over the teeth, even within a pose.

    ...maybe we need a Tongue Control for Dog 8?
