In-store messaging gives extra discount

I just got a pop-up with a $6 coupon here on the DAZ site.
It came with a message that DAZ now has in-store messaging.
First I thought it was a fake and I had some bad stuff on my pc but it turned out to be legit!

Here is a list from all the discounts I just got in my last order:
$6 COUPON discount on orders above $30
10% automatic discount above orders $50
60% to 72% sale discount on Genesis items

Order price was $185.35 and I ended up paying $44.91 for 12 items.
Party mode is on! :D

    Not bad.

Best sale I have had here yet was last december (2012)

    Subtotal $1,554.05
    Discount -$1,519.38
    Grand Total $34.67

    119 items

To be honest, the system is not showing the PC prices. It was more like a $200 saving thanks to a special PC coupon that worked on PC items.

No. It was a $1 off every item in you cart coupon that worked on PC items and then there was an additional discount on top of that but I cannot remember why.

Oh, I just saw that it was during 2012 and not past december ><<br /> I must be honest that I am pretty jealous ;)

Well if you're not a PC memeber and your spend a lot then it might be something to look into cause just the $1.99 for PC items plus the 30% off DAZ originals is worth it.

That sale discount just goes to show how much I would have spent on those items had I not been in the PC.

This is one that comes to mind for me, was during this last PC anniversary.

    Subtotal $202.20
    Discount -$188.97
    Tax $0.00
    Store Credit -$13.23
    Grand Total $0.00

16 items from Alice in Wonderland type category sale.

    Also this one:

    Subtotal $266.05
    Discount -$255.52
    Grand Total $10.53

19 items from Curious/Dubious category sale.

These were both actually done on the same day.

That I am not taking it seriously, may be a sign of being in denial ;)

The popups have screwed up the searches. I went to Shop, then to Men, then to Michael 5. I had just been there about 5 minutes BEFORE the popups were added, worked fine. Now look! That's all the Michael 5 dudes we have....NOT. Someone might want to tell the web folks in marketing they've screwed up again.

If you go to Shop > People and then narrow to M5 you get 19 items, just not all of them fall under "Men".

    CATEGORY
    Men 9
    Morphs 4
    Textures & Skin Maps 5
    Anatomy 2

Interesting. In my Product Library, I have 8 for Michael 5 and 17 for M5. Those are characters. They should ALL be under Michael 5 if this site was setup properly.

The question is whether the in-store messaging has changed the search behavior, or if the categorization of those items was incorrect previously. Two very different problems.

It's the compatible figures that's doing it.
    Example: http://www.daz3d.com/people/ryuu-for-m5

The only compatible figure he has listed is Genesis, yet all of the 9 you're finding specifically say Michael 5 in the compatible figures.

Just horrible cataloging on Daz's part, which is probably resulting in low sales since nobody can find them unless they use Genesis as the filter.

I never ever use the male filter because so much is left out. I always use the xategoey filter and scroll through the items.
