What coordinates/rotation (X, Y and Z) would I have to set different body parts on a Genesis 3 figure in order to make a T-pose?

A T-Pose refers to the pose the obj was modelled in, then rigged. Models are usually created with their arms extended at their sides hence the name T-pose. The Genesis 3 T-Pose is the pose the genesis figure is already in as you load it in your scene.
If you want to create a custom figure with the Genesis 3 rig setup load a stock Genesis 3 figure and look at the Rotation Order on the Joint Setup Tool.
