Christmas countdown, what did I do wrong?

Ok so it say by one new item for more than $1 and get unlimited for $2.99 So I pick out a new item, hancuffs, and a $2.99, tears but when I get to checkout Tears are not $2.99 or even $9.99, but the full $19.99. I can understand if I did something wrong for the $2.99 deal but how did I get all the way to the full price when it would be $9.99 alone? 
BTW, I put it back. Easier to complain about the oportunity missed than try to figure out how to get a refund.

    Same thing has been happening for me, yesterday and today. Though yesterday I got the full prices for things I tried, and today they are keeping thier 9.99 price. Tried clearing my browser ever, which is what we're often told to do when the store gets cranky and doesn't want out money.

     

    I even have two new releases, well, looks like those are all I'm getting as well, because I like you don't want to have to deal with refunds and the like, just wanted to let you know you're not alone.
