Hair under Hats
I have been having problems of late trying to get hair both DForce and Conforming to fit neatly under a hat! Can anyone make any suggestions on how I can fix this issue? Cheers

there's a tutorial somewhere about using the geometry editor.... select the hair and then select any parts sticking out of the hat and set the visiblity to zero... you can either delete them or just leave them invisible.

I just delete them and then make the cropped hair invisible and put the hair back on fresh if I take off the hat and then you can switch back and forth as needed.
I don't know about dForce hair, but for regular hair products, I use a d-former to squish that portion of the hair. For dforce collisions, it might have a lot to do with the polygon resolution of the hair and/or hat. Are you animating the hat to lower onto the head, or starting the simulation with hair already intersecting?
