RTX 2060 not participating in Iray render ? Resolved

New machine, trying to test and get used to how it works... if it does.

DS 4.10.123, W10 64 bit

The installed Nvidia RTX 2060 is not showing up in the render window, just CPU. The card is checked in Render Settings/Advanced, so DS knows it's there. When the render begins, I get the Iray Verbose text for CPU, but not for GPU.

Nvidia driver is 441.66...

Any ideas?

    upgrade to 4.12. The version of iRay in 4.10 doesn't know about RTX.

    Thanks, I'll try that. I had been at 4.12, but reverted because other issues cropped up (something to do with Keymate, I seem to recall.)

    The Timeline in 4.12.x.x now incoporates te features of KeyMate and GraphMate

    Thank you kenshaw011267 and Richard. The upgrade certainly worked. Holy Smoke that's a lightning fast render!

    I will download the latest. The earlier version 4.12 installer still said 4.11, which was another thing that gave me pause. Probably that's been fixed too...

    Just checked version numbers, and the 4.12 I already downloaded is the latest, so that bugeroo with the Installer number is still wrong, Says 4.11, not 4.12.

    Not a big deal but it's all in the details. I'll try Keymate and see what happens.

    Yes, they aren't going to hit users or the servers with a fresh round of downloads just to fix the version number on the installer.
