Install Manager Login Issues
DIM 1.2.0.52 Having DIM issues this morning (0840 CST USA). When trying to download this morning's order DIM would show nothing available to download. It was showing my account, just no new downloads. I lwaited for 15 or 20 minute, then tried to start DIM from my desktop. At that time I got the "unable to login to the specified account. Verify the email and/or password and try again" message. Retried after entering my password (several times), but no joy.
Similar experience when I go into my Product Library and try from there.

Still not working for me...
I can connect but my order from this morning does not show up in DIM. It does under my account on the website.
Same problem here. Loading up Studio, the files are available on Connect; just not showing up in DIM.
Same here. Have tried refreshing, restarting, rebooting, even tried going to the order page and the link to download the order isn't working.
Same here, from yesterday. I tried a freebie as a test and thet worked fine, but still no download on my purchase.
Have submitted a ticket.

I just made some purchaes about an hour ago and decide to run DIMM and install. The new products don't show up in DIMM. I have refreshed and rebooted but something is wrong.
I have 2 orders not showing up in DIM now. I've submitted a ticket but it likely won't be answered until tomorrow or Tuesday.
Edit: 2nd order isn't showing up in Connect either... :(

I was able to get mine from the order page, clicking the "download and install" button under the "install manager ready" header. I'm using chrome, and I already had DIM running and logged in when I clicked.
Same problem for me. I tried the green buttons on my product page, as Hoppitty suggested, but nothing happens. I guess I'll wait until tomorrow. Maybe it's because it's the weekend.
I could not get todays products to install at all. when I use the link on the order page, it appears to work but the products are not in my library
..try now. I just signed in and everything new I had was there and is downloading.
Also check to see how it is sorting. After I signed in I noticed the Sort Order was set to the "Name: A - Z" default sort instead of "Order Date: Recent First."
Still nothing here o_O
We have reported this to Daz. In the meantime you can access the files from the Product Library page of your account, then place the zips in the folder for the package Archive when you go to the Downloads tab of Install Manager settings (the gear icon at top-right) - when you do that they should appear in the Ready To Install tab.
This seems to be fixed now.
AH. So it wasn't just something on my end then. Ended up eventually doing what Richard mentions but I was having some spookiness going on with the zips not copying over. Said they were, but then go looking & they weren't. Finally got them too & fired up DIM. Once it connected, it at first showed hundreds Waiting to Download, similar on Waiting to Install. I muttered "Just Wonderful" and then the totals started going epileptic & looked like a slot machine, but after a few seconds stopped & had the right totals
