Like half my stuff seems to end up here. And some really great stuff that I don't remember getting. How do I get the lost items to go to the correct locations, It is harder to find them or even remember to look.

Lost and Found is the default category for products with no metadata, like older Poser products and some early DAZ stuff (or the occasional item in a product that has bad metadata). Normally, you would be looking in the Content Library for your stuff, but that can be an adventure for the older products. You can make custom categories to organize your content the way you want without disturbing the physical locations of the files, or make links to files that you can move around as you wish. Either one would be an admittedly tedious, but ultimately satisfying, effort, saving you time searching for things in the future. With custom categories (I keep mine separate from the default ones), you can re-arrange and duplicate as much as you want, and those items that are categorized will be removed from Lost and Found.
thanks, I'll try that. I willnprobably mess up and need morehelp.
Don't forget that if you ar elooking at the Products tab of Smart Content a product will appear in Lost and Found if only one of its files is uncategorised - it may still have all its important files properly categorised with just a readme or store link in Lost and Found - so there may be little or nothing to fix n that case
Yes I have seen that. Those are just irritating. The truely lost files are disapointing.
Dear Richard,
Please explain how I can get my facial expressions to work. Can you please tell me what to do?
I have the following versions:
Windows 10 64 bit
Daz Studio 4.12.0.86 (64 bit)
Install Manager 1.4.0.17 (64 bit)
Thank you
Which expressions? How did you install? Is the problem finding them, or are they found but not applying?
