Between "White" Trees

Has anyone else had an issue with a product called "Between Trees"? I bought it a while back and finally wanted to use it but it couldn't find the textures for the trees and some other plants, so it just shows white trees. The product is from Gendragon3D and JeffersonAF.

    I don't have it, but the read me says the textures are located here /Runtime/Textures/Gendragon3D/Between Trees/Plants/ so i guess you could check and see if they are there. If not, then you might be missing part of the d/l

    I searched the whole runtime and they weren't there. I will try to reinstall.
