DAZ installer login

I'm new to DAZ 3D so accept that there is probably a really simple answer to this.

I downloaded DAZ installer and then ran it to install DAZ Studio Pro. The first time I ran the installer, it asked for my email address and password then started to install. It hung after installing two parts of the content, so I had to force quit the programme. I have more than enough available disc space (over 500 GB).

When I tried to run the installer again, it brought up the login page, but only gave me the option of putting in my password. The email tab was now labelled 'account' and only gives the option to add a new account. When I typed in my password it said either my email or password was incorrect. I can see no way to log in and to download the programme.

Just going around in circles here. I would very much appreciate help with this.

    You could certainly have a prompt response on this part of the forum dedicated to DAZ Studio: http://www.daz3d.com/forums/categories/4/ But there are specialists on this forum about Carrara too!

    Is the email wrong? If so simply create a new account with the right details - once you have that in use you should be able to delete the old, incorrect, account. All you are doing is telling the Installer Manager what credentials to use - you aren't doing anything directly to your store account.
