I tried to download files from renderosity, mostly with o luck and now I have a lot of unwanted files. can I uninstall and start over?

uninstalling DAZ studio will not remove files from Rendo products.
For everything coming from the DAZ shop the easiest way to handle is with the DIM
Productfiles from other origins you have to download and then place inside the DAZstudio folder structure according to the folder structure given in the product.
