It doesn't have one. It's a generic base skin for use by creators to make their own characters, so that exact skin isn't duplicated elsewhere. As to the morph shapes used in the promo... it looks pretty similar to a lot of that artist's commercial characters...my take is that it's a less defined variant of Leony https://www.daz3d.com/leony-hd-for-victoria-8 ;
