Iray rendering looks extremely weird at 80%

Ok at almost 4 hours now, this is what I see. My first render (vampire genesis 8 character), (with optix on) 2400x4000, using only GPU. I am a beginner. Also forgot to tweak lighting. Besides that what am I doing wrong?

(System = 1080 GTX 8gb, Ryzen 7, 32gb RAM)

    This looks like a translucency issue. I suggest you reapply the skin material and try again.
