Black Friday Coupon Not Working

The Black Friday coupon code is not working for me. I'm trying to apply it to Teen Raven, but it just comes up with an error. Below is an image of the issue.

    I have the same issue. It seems to work for items that AREN'T listed as new releases, but the offer states "enjoy an EXTRA 30% OFF* your entire order" with no mention of exclusions other than "This coupon cannot be used to purchase an item already owned at a lower price." I'm guessing it's either been set up incorrectly on the website (in which case they'll most likely correct it once they wake up and start work in a few hours) or they've neglected to specify exclusions (in which case, that's a bit naughty).

    Indeed, it says 30% of all exluding owned items which is why I wanted to take advantage of it to get Teen Raven 8. Also, I'm surprised Teen Raven 8 is still a new character. She's been out for a while.

    I was disappointed that it wouldn't work for me either, as I made sure there weren't any condition.

    I want the new stuff too.

    I try later to see if it works!

    Items are "new" for 60 days. Teen Raven was released on October 3rd.

    I can get the 30% off, but I cannot complete the transaction. The credit card validation does not work.

    Probably overloaded servers, again.

    And it doesn't mention if it's usable once or more per user. If it's once only I'd want to use it wisely so it would be nice to know.

    it says extra 30%. but i see only 25% on some vendors?

    Coupon is not working for me either. There are no new releases in my cart.

    Edit ; Deleted all the Daz browser cookies. Coupon Works now.
