    daveso, you have been here a couple more years than I and the fact of life is, things change whether we like it or not.

    the problem with customer service, is everyone has different expectations unfortunately. I work in retail management and come in contact with lots of whiney, entitled customers who complain about every little thing. In part because of what I do daily, I am a lot more forgiving when I have issues here or elsewhere. Personally I feel DAZ does a pretty decent job with the store and customer service, especially when i see some of the posts they have to deal with.
