Chubby shorties

Are there any chubby, short-legged shorties that aren't HD?

I don't find scaling to be an ideal method of doing ac character's height. Y'know, if you scale a 6' man to 50 percent, it's still just a 6' man who gut zapped by Wayne Szainski's shrinky machine.

    What about these   https://www.daz3d.com/sf-people-that-you-meet-character-shapes

You didn't mention for what figure, and you can always adjust leg or torso lenght depending on what morphs you have available

There should also be a Height slider under the Parameters tab. That will shrink the figure without scaling the other body parts, so the figure becomes stockier as it gets shorter. Depending upon how short you wish the figure to be, you may need to remove limits from the parameter.

  • Why not HD? If you don't want the extra resolution to keep the render data manageable just lower the Divisions in the Parameter Settings, and the SubD levels will be reduced and the HD detail won't show.

    Hi MAJourney,

    Hope all is well.

In the (Formerly) Male Content Creation Thread, I go through the steps of creating a custom full body morph that changes proportions.  The step-by-step example is to make someone taller, the steps are the same to make shorter.  I did a shorter character using the same method.

Tutorial starts here, provides background, then continues quite a few posts from there.  https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/comment/2394546/#Comment_2394546

Leprechaun made combining that method with face mophs.
