  Which model do you need it for? Genesis? V4?

  The name of the pose would be 'headstand' or 'head stand'.
  If the arms were straighter and the head not acting as a support it would be a 'handstand', which might give a basis to modify from if nothing else crops up.

  You can probably find a handstand pose in one of Don's pose sets. http://www.daz3d.com/don-albert

  You can also use "parkour" in your search terms to find handstands and potentially headstands.

  the Genesis set of Basic Child poses has a kid doing a cartwheel... might be able to adapt the pose if you cannot find anything else

  I just uploaded a set of Parkour poses, there are two hand stand poses in it, but not one where the head is on the ground.
  Perhaps one of them might work?
