DAZ wont accept credit card
There is no phone number to call DAZ anymore. The one listed and the old one I used to call do not go through. Today I tried a 17 buck order of sale stuff and was declined. We got a text from a security place who asked if we tried to buy 17 bucks of stuff and we replied YES. That did not work. On the phone with the security folks they said the transaction seemed suspisious but did not explain why. Quite lame. I had a 5 buck order the day before and a 3 buck order the day before that and don`t know how to fix this. The security folks said I was good to go but each time I go back into the shopping cart and try to pay the 17 bucks I get declined. I hope you honor the sale items when this is fixed, but it is time for football so there. Thanks, Steve

A word of advice, make sure that you are logged into zndesk before you submit your ticket to avoid the Captcha. Top right hand corner of the page click on sign in
Alternatively, setup a paypal account to go as an intermediate between the Daz Store and your Credit Card. Only drawback: paypal occasionally acts up as well, especially when purchasing things with certain keywords (There doesn't seem to be a public list of disallowed words, but, last week, it turned out "Havannah" was on that list).
Thanks for answering, good Idea about screen shot. I also saw the "There is allways another sale thread. It was just a bummer to sit all morning picking products then getting turned down for the purchase. I wonder if it had something to do with moving to Montana? When I call my wife`s cell phone with my magic jack through the computer her phone says the call is comming from Washington state. I have not lived there in a couple of years. Steve
One thing to remember is if you do multiple purchases over the course of a few days, the processing credit card company will flag it as suspicious. Daz does get hit with fraudulent charges and they are just looking out for you, the PAs and themselves.
If you IP address changed when you moved, that could be it, that will usually be considered suspicious by the system depending on the location of the new address. With some (all?) cards you can define where it can be expected you're using it. If by default use is limited to a certain country or state and you use it somewhere else that will trigger the alarm.
