When does the $5 survey coupon code expire (high-fives). I know it said the 29th, but it didn't give an exact time on the email.
Does it end tonight, at 12:01am on the 29th, or does it end at end of day on the 29th, at 11:59pm just prior to the becoming the 30th?
I didn't get that coupon, but if it's like every other coupon, it should end on the 29th at 11:59PM Daz Time, which is USA Mountain Time
Sorry for back to back posting, but a different thing. Early on the 24th (last Wednesday) I opened a ticket because my PC+ membership had been cancelled that morning, even though 2 days before, on the last day, I reset for an auto-renew. It's a couple hours short of 4 full business days, and I haven't heard anything except for the auto-acknowledgement email. Is it too soon to give CS a friendly prod?

My purchases were rejected by PP.... what's up with that? I shop with DAZ about a dozen times a month easy.
Unfortunately, this transaction has been declined after we found a risk associated with your payment. We are therefore not able to complete this particular transaction.
I purchased from Turbo-quid and the Osity place at roughly the same time as I usually do when it's time for some 3D shopping and they went through. I emailed DAZ sales but they have reversed the transaction already. I have no problem with payment, it's that PP said it was risky purchase. Is there a glitch right now with PP and DAZ? I don't want to run the items through again if there's a known problem.

What was in your order? Paypal has been known to reject payment for some Daz orders because it didn't like the name of one of the products included (this is why Daz has renamed some products like the "lolita kimono" for example, the word "Lolita" caused problems with Paypal)
If you need to use Paypal I would suggest buying a gift certificate and using the resulting store credit to make your purchase.
Thanks Leana, Maybe the US does not like the Cuban reference LOL? I have been buying stuff since 2013 and never had this happen before. Have you experienced it yourself? Weird! When DAZ offices open will they reply to my email and put it through again maybe?

Happen to me a couple of weeks ago, payment was declined and they refused to give a reason: I have stopped using paypal as a result.
Yep. Paypal put my payment on pending review for up to 72 hours. Guess the "Havanna Hair" item on sale flags us all as possible embargo-breaking criminals.
So - when the payment clears (hopefully) do I end up being charged the amount at the time of purchase, or will it end up being whatever the prices are 3 days from now?
IIRC someone else had problems with PayPal and Havana hair, so it’s likely the culprit.
I have no issue with PP... it's DAZ they didn't like, risky purchase... and I want to find out what happens next. I have used PP without issue for over 10 years. As I have more than one currency going on here... it's my best option as I don't have to worry about my credit card being rejected by UK or EU vendors. I get a good exchange rate as I do not use PPs conversion, I stick with my credit card company which uses international rates. Hate to fix something that really is not broken.
Usually I only get declines when buying electronics from a source not previously used, and then not by PP, but the credit card company as many places don't use PP.
Will wait to see if DAZ replies when they open later on in the day. Thanks for taking the time to reply!
I had been using PP for over 10 years as well and making purchases here at Daz regularly for a good 10 years as I said when I spoke to paypal they would not give a reason the payment was held and then they declined it completly without giving a reason. If this is how they intend to treat long term customers then I feel they are losing the good business sense they once had. It is od course up to you if you wish to continue using them or not but if they decline the payment as they did with me then you may well loose the sale price you had in the cart. This is not on daz's end but PP's.
It should be the amount Daz sent to PayPal when order was made, which is what you agreed on, not the price at the time it clears.
dForce Savannah Outfit just jumped to full price ($19.95) for me. The texture addon still shows the PC+ discount.
EDIT: And they dropped back down, then both suddenly went full price, next my whole order went full price (including the byob and PC+ for a day), a few refreshes later it was only the Savannah Outfit again, and then I finally got a version with the correct discounts, which also carried through to the select payment option page and the payment provider.

Crap. "Havana Hair" is probably slang for cannabis, or something. But now I'm going to lose all the other PC+ items that were in that order.
This is one of the reasons I was so annoyed I lost the sale prices on several items, I didn't have the Havana hair I really had no idea what the item was that caused me a problem. Remember though Daz's CS is very good if you have a screen shot or email of the order I'm sure they will do what they can for you.

Take screen shots and file a ticket. In the meantime he will give them a heads-up that tickets are incoming on this problem.
I would note th3e amount due, open everything in new tabs (middle-button click, or right-click open in new tab), clear the cart, add a GC to cover the order, pay for that with PP, then put everything back in you cart from the tabs and check out - I have the moves down since it's how I get a temproarily empty cart when checking store issues.
So, has a ticket has been raised on this item? It's a good product and I would like to get the PC price on it.

ETA: I have looked on the internet and Havana Hair is a very popular hair piece product....so it's odd that PP would not accept payment for real ones.

I've got the same problem, I could purchase everything on a different order, but the problem is that there's no way to cancel the Paypal order that's pending. If I do that I end up with 2 orders paying twice if it goes through. I've also got a 20% coupon on the cart and an extra year's PC subscription. I've taken screenshots of the cart and Paypal's response. But if I don't re-order and they refuse the order it will be cancelled by Daz and I'll lose the sale prices. Not sure what's the best thing to do.
I hope that you have put a ticket in, and the others who have experienced this as Daz are looking into it for you.
PayPal appears to be blocking orders based on the word "Havana." We are disabling the product for the moment to avoid failed orders. We will work with the Artist to quickly rename the product to avoid the problem and then will put it live again once that is done. We will have it as temp pc+ again once it's resolved.
Good solution.... glad they responded. Maybe DAZ admin need to liase with PP to find out what keywords set off their nanny switch!
Now, how to watch for this product if we don't know the new name LOL!!!
I may be wrong, but I believe if you wishlist it, it should still show up under the new name; the SKU shouldn't change.
Is the Skin Folds item supposed to be off sale already? It's showing as full price for me.
