V8 Eyebrows

Does anyone know of morphs or textures for the V8 Eyebrow mesh that comes with V8 pro bundle? There are some different color MATs in there, but zero style options, no morphs, etc.

I cloned out some eyebrows on a V8 texure, had to clone them out on the SSS map as well, and there is some brighter skin showing through around the brows. Presumably that's from the subsurface scattering, and the fact that the V8 brow mesh isn't the same dimensions of the brows I cloned out. Or not, really not sure.

For the fibermesh eyebrows, I tend to use a regular hair shader on them (ColorWerks, or OOT's IrayPair) to get other colors, I do the same for eyelashes. As for morphs, I've rarely seen fibermesh eyebrows that come with any.

The Victoria 8 brows have numerous morphs included. They can be found by selecting the brows in the Scene tab, then opening the Parameters tab, clicking on Actor, and scrolling until you see them. They make the brows quite versatile.

Also, SuperNatural Brows has tons of morphs, but the brows are so distinctive that I prefer not to use them on more than two characters per render.

On the topic of eyebrows. If you add the fibermesh eyebrow, do you want to select 'no brow' on the skin texture? Or do you want the eyebrow MAT from the skin shader + the fibermesh on top of it?

I don't want the underlying brow texture. But I don't see a "no brow" option anywhere. They are part of the base texture, if it has brows.

I see no Actor portion of the tree in the Parameters tab. I'm looking at All, after loading the V8 Eyebrow then selecting in the scene tab. There are morphs for  V8 regarding brows, but not for the brow object itself.

I purchased the LUXE lashes and brows product. Still no morphs, but more options to choose from.

I'm seeing the same thing. I also have mesh eyebrows that came with several other Genesis 8 characters, and they don't have any morphs that I've found either. (Apart from the hidden character morphs for the face shape projected from the Genesis 8 figure.) AFAIK all these eyebrows have never had any morphs.

Sorry for the lapse, guys, but I just got a chance to check out what you were saying, and I don't know why your setup doesn't show it. I'm afraid I'm having an issue with my Screenshots on my Daz computer. Even though you appear to have done the right thing, just in case, here, step by step, is what I did:

Select "Victoria 8 Eyebrows" in the Scene tab.

Open Parameters tab, and "Actor" should be immediately below "General" and immediately above "Display."

Click on "Actor," and you will see 17 morphs (plus 2 greyed-out morphs on top---if you have Show Hidden enabled).

These morphs allow a great deal of variety and coverage, regardless of the character's head sahpe.

I get them, these are the brows loaded from People>Genesis 8 Female>Anatomy>Victoria 8 Eyebrows

Thanks, @scorpio! They work great! Sadly, iirc, none of the other Core character eyebrows have morphs.

I'm guessing you both have this product: https://www.daz3d.com/eyedeas-5-extended-for-genesis-8-female-s - that's where those morphs seem to come from. The Victoria 8 eyebrows themselves have no morphs whatsover, according to the manifest file from DIM.

Yup. Thanks, @MelanieL. It was really worth the money, even though I'd forgotten all about it.
