It looks like some people randomly received a promo offer via email from DAZ for hair.
DAZ emailed to customers, possibly to only some customers, a promotion to choose upto 3 of 6 select hair styles and you would get an 80% discount in your cart. But some of us who got the email, and it seems already own one or more of the select items, are not receiving the discount on the items we do not own. DAZ has not yet issued any kind of response.
thanks ... hair is something I need, personally and for DS.
Maybe we don't get the offer if we own too many of the items on offer because Daz knows we like to suffer?
I wonder if I own all of them I know that I own the three that were shown in a previous post

If the hair offer isn't working for you and you received the email, and have purchased up to three of the listed hairs, then please open a support ticket.
Hi Richard, thank you for your recommendation (and for all your efforts to help people on all the forums). I did open a support ticket early this morning. I have not seen any response yet or a notice that the offer will be extended due to this glitch. As far as I know, nobody has mentioned that they heard any kind of response from Daz related to this issue.
Talk to Jack Tomalin. He know the secret for lush green hair.

UPDATE. I just did a hard refresh of my shopping cart and the hair raising items are showing the correct discount. Time now is 15:22 EDT on 2019 10 23.

That makes four from the list that I own so I wonder if I own the other two whatever they were as well

Opened a ticket and they fixed it. So clearly Daz doesn't think I've spent too much and need to be put on a store time-out.

Yea, I did not get it either, but if you put the three hairs in your cart that are shown in the prior postings, you may get them at a discount, lol!
The '8 hair items ' has only 6 listed and no discount?
They're Genesis 8 hair items; the email never says there are 8 items for sale. The discount appears in your cart.
I'm wondering the same. I don't own the pigtail hair, but I own all the others that have been mentioned. Maybe they figured I didn't need the discount.

It's only for people who received the email, so if you didn't get it (and there's nothing in your notifications), then you're just out of luck, unfortunately.
That is, at least potentially, cause for Daz to really make sure their promotions are working, since if everything went according to plan, the people who weren't selected to get that deal would never even have known about it, and there would be no hard feelings.
Update 2: Daz support ticket was replied to at 15:57 EDT. I advised them that the issue was resolved.

The deal may apply to you even if you didn't receive the email. It is the case for me. But I know only about the products mentioned in the forum.
