Is DAZ 4.12 broken AGAIN?

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

Upon opening DAZ today; it worked OK yesterday; all I got was the screen below. (see attachment)

I tried re-installing DAZ again but upon opening all I got was the same.

    Looks like you inadvertently changed some settings. Try going to Window>Workspace and selecting one of the standard layouts.
