What are the best Genesis 8 Female skins?
They need to have a no brow option.
My favorites are Misumi, Pixel, and LY Zara.

Of course, this is personal taste, but those are a couple I have used multiple times.
Individual characters are by preference, but if you want best quality, look at the merchants, like Bluejaunte, iSourcetextures, Mousso, and others here at Daz3d, plus at Renderosity there's Sangriart (and Angel_Wings for kids' characters/skins).
Colm Jackson has great quality too.
Like others have said "best" is really subjective. Everyone has their own thoughts and views on what looks good and what doesn't. My current personal favorite (both skin and morph) is Zelara 8.
Zelara 8 was my shero's skin up until Babina 8 displaced it, but that was based on my partiality to Bab's orange peel cheek pores, and the fact that Babina 8's skin made my shero get cuter, and Babina 8's skin was on the same level of photorealism but less idealised than Zelara's. Also, one side of Zelara's lip texture was a tad too high on my hyper-morphed shero. But I don't know about the no-brow option, because I always combine texture with fibermesh.
Since Genesis 3 skins are de facto Genesis 8, Mei Lin 7, Kalea 7, & Ophelia 7 are photorealistically superior. And Tasha 8 and Kala 8 skins are so brilliant -looking, that they can stand next to any other without shame.
Personally, my favorites for Genesis 8 Female are the skins by Bluejaunte and the Zelara 8, Mei Lin 8, and Tasha 8 skins. There are a lot of wonderful skin textures out there, but those are the ones I find myself using most often in my non-work renders.
(Also Rune 7's skin and Monique 7's are still favorites from Genesis 3.)
I agree that "best" is way too subjective a word to use, and the issue is further complicated by whethe or not you are using the skin with HD morphs that were intended for it.... there are some characters that look just amazing when it's all put together as intended, but when used seperate you can tell that the PA was trying not to double up on some aspects by having features duplicated. Then, you have to toss in the factor of skin shaders like Anagenesis 2 and Altern8, which can work total wonders on some skins and just produce looks that are "different" with others. Some of my favorite skins, in fact, are older V4 and G2 skins that have been given new life that way, like Aeon Soul's old Sisterhood skin. And, finally, there's the intended purpose of the skin and how useful it is... I love Rune 7's skin, for example, but I'm not going to use it on a glamor model.
All that said, for consistant brilliance out of the box with no tweaking, a very, very incomplete list of the many DAZ artists whose work I'm consistantly blown away would include BlueJaunte, Saiyaness, Deepsea, iSourceTextures, maelwyn, Virtual World, P3Design and the artist formerly known as Godin, now Valery3d. And,needless to say, special mention must be made of the above mentioned two shader systems and Zev0's Skin builder products, which are essential for modifying skins with the little touches like adding freckles, tanlipnes, veins, etc.
