Purchased along with some 'catch up' items. Everything else downloads and installs without problem. Get a 'failed to download' msg in DM for this item. Tried to do manual download from product library with no success.

This is a known issue, which has been reported to Daz. While we wait for a fix it is possible to install the set from within DS - log in from the Connect menu then you can install from the Install pane (if you do this but would prefer a DIM install you will need to uninstall the internal files by right-clicking on the set in the products tab of Smart Content and selecting Uninstall).
I can confirm that you can install Leda HD from within Daz.

looks like she's been removed now, not appearing in my dim and her page comes and goes. It's been mentioned install via connect in studio but this has messed up my studio before when thishas happened few times on other products
Working now.
Confirmed as working for me as well. As suggested I right click uninstalled het connect version then deleted the reference. Leda downloaded (very slowly - I think a fair few people might be grabbing that file).

finally. Saw in another thread that dim had died whole heap were missing files that they had yet to download.
I also went for the connect version but I also would love to change. As I have never done this uninstalling, deleting etc, can someone please explain the steps, or point me to some reference page that explains how to do it?
