VERY close to my laptop pc specs and Daz Studio runs just fine on my laptop computer (all your specs match mine except I only have a quad core, but I have a 970m 6 gig gfx card - my laptop is 4 years old). I think you might be better off with at least a 1080 gfx card rather than the 1650, but you should still be fine. The 1080 would drive the price up quite a bit. A 1650 is technically a budget gfx card, but if you have a little patience it should work out for ya :).
I need to edit to add that I suggest that you get a cooler with fans for under your laptop - they aren't very expensive, but do help a bit to keep your laptop slightly cooler.

it's not bad, but a desktop will give you more for less.
... What I'm saying is, does it have to be a laptop?
Yes it must be a laptop, i don't have a place for a desk and a desktop
I know computer prices tend to be higher in Europe, but I bought a Predator laptop from Amazon last year for US $1499.00 (about 1360 Euros) with a NVIDIA GTX -1070 graphics card.
I see this one for 1499€ ...
Acer Predator HELIOS 300
Is there such a laptop with one of those new nVidia video cards that will do realtime raytracing during renders & whatever that other new gee whiz new stuff that those new nVidia cards do?
The 1060 will definitely be a step up - better performance and more cuda cores. You'd be skating with 12 gigs of ram tho. Any way you can up the system ram to 16? 16 is bare minimum nowdays for most graphics-intensive software.

I have almost the same system, but I'd uprade your ram to 32gb and if possible the SSD to 512. You won't regret it.
There is definitely a Helios 300 with 16Gb and a 1660ti. You might want to check Acer's own site.
Laptops cost twice the price of desktops and - as you've found - are hard to repair :(
OK but like i said i can't place a desk and a desktop ....
I don't want to buy a big Laptop. I want to discover Daz3D and it will only for fun so why buy a monster, if you tell me that no laptop below 1500€ do some DAZ3D correctly well thanks for your respond but i will not play DAZ3D right now ... I can't afford a monster laptop and DAZ3d it's only for fun.
Thanks for your answer everybody and i know that right now Daz3D is not for me ...
Well, we don't want to chase you away, but only trying to give you advice that will cause you the least amount of frustration :). The 12 gig machine will work, but 16 gigs of ram is better. Just trying to future-proof you a little bit is all ;).

If you do alot of Iray and can't get a desktop I would look at getting an external video card setup so you don't burn up your shiney new laptop and as was stated above get the largest laptop cooler you can find.
Thanks. I found a pretty awesome Acer Laptop searching for Helios 300.
Acer = Predator and they have some pretty amazing laptops. I searched forever and this is the beastie I finally bought last year: https://www.amazon.com/Acer-Predator-Gaming-GeForce-G9-793-79V5/dp/B01N6S4A2U There's a new model out so you may be able to find them at a better discount, but it has the main features I thought were important going forward - built in 1070 graphics card, which is considerably faster than a 1060, a thunderbolt 3 c connection to run yet another Nvidia card externally, a solid plug-in in cooling system that comes bundled with the laptop, a decently sized screen and as close to a full size keyboard as I could find. I thought I wouldn't like the backlit keys but they've really grown on me, and while the dolby surround sound is kind of overkill, it sure gets attention when I boot up the system and it sounds like the intro to an IMAX movie. :) Negatives - eats batteries like candy, only came with a DVD drive, weighs a ton and it was incredibly hard to find a case for.
Thanks for your help i finally decide and i will buy this one ... ( note the same price but well fuck it )
Model : ASUS PC portable gamer ROG Strix GL504GV
CPU : Intel Core i7-8750H ( 2.20GHz // 4.10GHz with turbo )
RAM : 16Gb DDR4 with the possibility to extend to 32Gb
HDD : 256Gb SSD + 1 To HDD
GPU : Nvidia GeForce RTX2060 6Gb GDDR6
Nice! :)

I us i7 15 month 1070 card laptop and a 10 core 1080i desktop. I ran into situations that could not run on the laptop properly but can still assemble scenes.
